Tune-ups
A Tune-up includes:

• Inspecting every moving part on your door and opener.
• Lubricating every moving part including the springs.
• Ensuring your door is safe and reliable.
• Testing to make sure your door reverses and the photo eyes are working properly.
• Checking to see if the door is balanced. If not we will balance it.
• Providing you a completed inspection form from a qualified service tech.

Broken Springs^**
$199 minimum to replace one (for a one car garage).
$289 minimum to replace two (for a two car garage).

Broken Cables^**
$149 to reset the cable.

$189 to replace both cables.

Opener Replacement (extremely important for openers more than 10 years old)
$359 Replacement includes a safe and dependable unit, two remotes and state of the art rolling code technology for added security.

Photo eyes (sensors that keep your door from remaining closed or cause it to bounce back up when closing)
$148 to replace the set.
